As you can see by the chapters in my story, my journey into product design started by accident, but with each step, my passion and confidence to excel in this role grew exponentially. From interpreting customer needs through creating accurate user profiles to combining design with functionality, I was captivated by the product life cycle process.

 

Over the years, I've developed my skills to lead people and processes, keeping an eye on the big picture, and approaching it from different angles. I excel at research, asking the right questions, and making things happen. I'm always on the lookout for the best solutions, using Adobe and Figma software and leveraging AI tools.
